We are looking for knowledgeable Foodies who have a passion for food preparation and cooking.
Requirements
- High proficiency in English
- Fluency in Swahili, Italian, Spanish, Greek or Mandarin
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management, Food Technology, Nutrition, or a Diploma in Culinary Arts OR Bachelor’s Degree in other disciplines but with extensive food knowledge – basically, a bonafide foodie at heart!
- Direct experience working with ingredients, dishes, and menus
- Ability to work remotely and to be self-motivated
- Excellent communication skills in English.
Responsibilities
- Categorize and curate menus, ingredients, and dishes using our categorization system
- Use simple tools to list every ingredient used in each dish
- Classify dishes according to cuisine type, dish type, course type, and main ingredients
- Work remotely and independently on a daily basis
- Collaborate with our team of food experts to review and correct AI Machine Learning predictions
- Meet daily and weekly targets.
