Responsibilities

Will be driving business growth, marketing and sales strategies, negotiations and deals closing .
– Ensure there is great customer care, customer satisfaction and customers retentions
-Ensure firms products and services are developed ,provide business solutions,attractive, and highly marketable.
-Manage the firms staff competitivenes at the targeted productivity levels.
-Produce diferrent management report to the management and also consult the Firms Partners and the Board whereas required.
-Link appropriately the firm with external collaborators ,stakeholders,professional bodies and regulators.

Qualifications

– Must have a Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Taxation , Marketing & Public Relations.
– Must have experience not less than 3 years in supporting business sales, markets & business growth ,increase revenues and customer base i.e give the scenarios and your involvement evidence

– Must be able to convert the business from loss making into profit making business within 6 months from his/her appointment
– Having CPA T is added advantage but not pre requisite for your hiring.
-Strong abilities to work in team and.provide human resources management to the firm staff.
– Strong skills in negotiations and closing deals with Taxation and other clients , solicity tenders within the firms and partners legalibility.
-Graduates with strong capabilities ,skills and norms with verifiable evidence might be considered.
