Formal requirements specified for the position
higher education (construction, administration, electrical installations, sanitary installations, property management),
at least 1 year of work experience in the field of real estate administration or management,
minimum 5 years of work experience in total
building qualifications in the field of electrical installations.

ability to use the MS Office package
possession of a document certifying possessed building qualifications to manage and supervise construction works in the field of power grids, installations and devices without restrictions
possession of a valid qualification certificate entitling to operate equipment, installations and power grids at Operation and Supervision positions in the scope of: power generating equipment connected to the electricity transmission or distribution network, regardless of the rated voltage; devices, installations and power networks with a rated voltage not higher than 1 kV; generating sets with a capacity higher than 50 kW; control and measurement apparatus as well as devices and installations for automatic regulation, control and protection of devices and installations listed above
current certificate of membership in the Chamber of Civil Engineers
knowledge and ability to apply the Construction Law
basic knowledge of public procurement law
Knowledge of cost estimation programs, in particular NORMA, is an advantage
the ability to prepare bills of quantities and investor cost estimates is welcome.
