We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Group Business Development Manager to play a pivotal role in driving our growth and expansion across the African continent.
As the Group Business Development Manager, you will lead and manage the business development team, devise strategic plans, and execute initiatives to secure new business opportunities while fostering strong relationships with existing clients and partners.
- Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven track record of at least five years in a senior business development or sales management role, preferably in Africa’s marketing, technology, or content creation industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the African business landscape, industry trends, and emerging opportunities.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and pursue growth opportunities.
- Results-oriented and self-driven individual with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
- Willingness to travel as required.
