New job vacancy at Mott MacDonald-Admin & Logistics officer

What will you do (in details):

  • Constant monitoring of the situation in the country, changing regulations, and client satisfaction. Control the quality of application work on the places.
  • Representing the interests of the company in the local authorities.
  • Implementing tasks from the Business Development Department and Marketing department. Field-based research with the rides within the country and to other countries.
  • Coordination of launches in neighboring cities/countries.
  • Forecast and control of situation in each city, including holidays, mass events, strikes, natural events etc.
  • Monitoring drivers’ moods, monitoring news from their midst, joining groups in messengers, social networks, reading forums, participating in drivers meetings etc.
  • Scaling new product features that stimulate KPI growth;
  • In plans: new cities launch coordination.

Participating in business development and researches:

  • Customer development: calls, interviews, questionnaire, focus groups, including mobile groups
  • Exploring problematic cities and search for solutions
  • Conduct Сustomer Development surveys, generate hypotheses and check MVP. Field studies, city trips within the country and to other countries;
  • Control the quality of application work, monitoring messages from local users and Regular use of the application in passenger mode as well as in driver mode; get on the line and fill orders (need to have a car and driver’s license).
  • Search for various information, requested from the head office.
  • Representing the interests of the company while collaborating with partners, including payment systems, taxi parks, offline advertising agencies etc


  • Representing the company in the local authorities. Resolving simple issues. In case of serious situations, negotiations at the level of managers will be conducted by the head office.

What we expect from you:

  • Fluent English;
  • Experience in business development/sales/marketing/project management, preferrably in ride-hailing companies or in technology companies;
  • Google sheets skills;
  • Experience in Digital Marketing (independently work with coverage, traffic, conversion, LTV);
  • Proactivity, putting forward new ideas;
  • Availability for business-trips;
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
