JOB POST
We are looking for an HR Operations Manager who will own the employee lifecycle transactions and processes. Data and processing accuracy is of the utmost importance; we are looking for someone who is extremely organized, is systematic and able to create standardized and repeatable procedures while operating independently with minimal supervision.
This role will be a strong partner to the People and IT teams and provide excellent customer service to our employees.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implement, maintain and review multi-state onboarding, offboarding and employee life cycle transaction processing while.
- Review and create a process guides including detailed documentation supporting best practices
- Establish and enforce controls to ensure data integrity, data privacy, and ensuring data is captured to fulfill business needs.
- Partner with our People team on data audits and process efficiencies.
- Provide excellent customer service, helping to resolve and respond to process questions from employees and managers.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations – owning and monitoring state, provincial, and local registrations, local health and state unemployment insurance, workers compensation, etc.
- Ensure all compliance related filings are done in a timely and accurate manner.
- Coach and manage a team of HR Ops professionals.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in Workday (HCM, Performance, Absence)
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Detail oriented and have/able to create processes to ensure accuracy
- Experience with managing and coaching a team
- Being a team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done.
