Training new accounting software subscribers and provide support.

Responsibilities
Training new accounting software subscribers
Provide support to the new accounting software subscribers
Preparing Financial documents such as Invoices, credit notes, purchase orders, bills, payables and receivables
Managing payroll
Posting daily transactions in the accounting software
Performing bank reconciliations
Reconciling company ledgers for the customers
Filling statutory returns such as VAT, Payroll returns, Provisional Tax returns and Annual Tax returns
Preparing monthly management accounts
Handling communications with clients and vendors via phone, email and in person
Assisting in planning and budget preparation
Preparing and maintaining accounting files, reports, and data used for financial reporting.
Qualifications
A degree in related field with work experience
Committed to working efficiently and accurately
Proficiency in excel and accounting softwires
Exceptional time management and verbal and written communication skills
Strong knowledge in IFRS and ISAs.
