When spending more than 1000MT in 30 days, you receive a bonus corresponding to 10% of the value.

This service is available to Prepaid customers including DUO.
How it works:
- Customers only receive the birthday bonus if, within a period of 30 days , the total amount spent is equal to or greater than 1000MT ;
- The Bonus is awarded to the number that, within a period of 30 days , has spent an amount equal to or greater than 1000MT , regardless of the date of the first top-up.
Applicable terms and conditions:
- The Bonus can only be used for calls within the Tmcel network;
- Consumption will always be first of the bonus and only after the customer credit;
- The Bonus must be used while the promotion is in effect;
- The Bonus cannot be used for calls on the 24th and 31st of December;
- If not used, the remaining amount automatically expires and is removed from the customer’s account.
TMCEL Roaming Charges
NOTE: data charges (internet access) may be charged in blocks of 1Kb up to 100Kb depending on the country and operator visited.
How to control roaming costs in general:
- If you are in a country where Tmcel has agreements like Tmcel Regional 1 and Exclusions 2, choose your preferred network manually;
- The welcome message allows you to calculate your costs, use mobile applications to calculate your consumption of minutes, SMS and Megabytes.
How to control data usage:
- Avoid uploading and downloading music, photos, and movies;
- Turn off your Facebook, WhatsApp, Youtube, Instagram and other apps you don’t need;
- Activate the “OFF” data roaming option and only call when you need it;
- Use WiFi instead of 3G/GPRS/EDGE;
- You can even reset the usage tracker to 0 to 10 MB to track your usage in real time.

Tmcel Broadband
Description
It is an Internet access service supported by ADSL ( Asymmetric Digital Subscriber Line ) technology. Its activation is done using fixed telephone lines (copper/fiber) that already exist (or are to be installed) that maintain a permanent connection, leaving the voice line free. The band is asymmetrical and has a fixed monthly fee.

How It Works
The Tmcel BandaBarga service works over a fixed telephone line (copper and fibre), post-paid, allowing a high speed Internet access, however you can continue to make calls at the same time. The Tmcel BandaLarga kit can be installed by the customer.

| 3 – (*) The installation of this package is based on the offer of solutions with FTTC-VDSL fiber (Fiber to the Closet) and FTTH-GPON (Fiber to the Customer’s home). It only covers those Customers who already have fiber connections (FTTC-VDSL or FTTH-GPON). |
| Migration requests, current packages using the “copper” ADSL medium or new installations require a prior feasibility study for the creation of conditions (fiber-FTTH installation) or FTTC-VDSL. |
| 4 – In the Unlimited Basic, Unlimited 24h packages, the voice may be treated as a Postpaid or Prepaid line (Fixed Line blah blah blah). |
| 5 – The “Basic Unlimited” package operates from 4:59 pm to 6:59 am, from Monday to Friday, and 24 hours a day on weekends and national holidays, with unlimited traffic during the indicated periods. Unlimited 24-hour packages work all day, with unlimited traffic. However, in cases where improper and abusive use is recorded, which compromises the general quality of service provision, the company reserves the right to proceed with the suspension of the same, after notifying the user of the alert. |
| 6 – During the Happy Hour period, for packages with a consumption limit, the traffic is not counted for billing purposes, while for the unlimited 24 hours, the download increases by another 1024kbps. |
| 7 – The line subscription fee and mobile service costs are included in the monthly package fee and should not be charged on other billing platforms. |
| 8 – The Contract for the Tmcel Bandalarga Service has a duration of 12 months, with automatic renewal in the event that one of the parties fails to do so. |
| 9 – For customers served by ADSL (Copper), the maximum Downlink is 4096kbps and Upload is 1024kbps. |
| 10 – Each dependent is entitled to 3072 MB regardless of the contracted package |
| 11 – When subscribing to the service, the customer is entitled to a prepaid SIM CARD where he will receive the benefits there, if he already has one (SIM CARD) he can reserve the right to use it |

| 13 – To maintain the validity of the SIM CARD, the customer must top up. |
| 14 – If the customer has only one postpaid mobile SIM CARD, he is not eligible to receive the benefits associated with the service on that same number, for that he will have to request a new prepaid SIM CARD. |
