Stakeholders raised the argument of Tanga Twiga Cement,may 2023; After the emergence of the Tanga Cement and Twiga Cement saga, various arguments have continued to emerge, including on sides that have never been heard.
Among the stakeholders who are mentioned that they have never been heard are the parties who appealed to the High Court of Tanzania for Fair Competition.

Some of the appellants once dragged the Government to court where the plaintiffs were the only ones making their arguments.
“Neither Heidelberg / Twiga nor Tanga, many appeals have already been dismissed by the Court due to being untrue,”
“It should also be remembered that the Minister of Investment, Industry and Trade, Dr. Ashatu Kijaji, showed proof that Chalinze Cement apparently lied to the Business Registration and Licensing Agency (BRELA).”
“It is possible that these secret groups can tell lies to the FCT and in court they also launched other attacks through the media. Their campaign is deliberate and spreading false information. Said one of the stakeholders of Maendeleo.
