Job Description
- Handles routine and advanced correspondence that include confidential and time-sensitive letters, memoranda and transcribes documents in German and English.
- Keeps the pace of the inflow and out flow of information under a tight schedule
- Follows up with others on calls, incoming and outgoing communication
- Coordinates and follows up on the implementation of the different tasks between the Chairman and the different departments.
- Prepares and attends meetings, takes minutes, and follows up execution.
- Prepares calendar and schedules appointments and meetings as appropriate, locally and internationally including their preparation, follow up work and relevant arrangements.
- Leads assigned projects in event management.
- Handles and liaisons complaints delivered to the Chairman’s office from customers or others.
- Arranges advanced travel and hospitality planning for small or large groups
- Maintains and improves on the filing system and tracking of documents.
- May take on business projects, and perform business analytical work.
- Coordinate with IT department on office equipment.
Job Requirements
- Capable of independently handling communication with other entities.
- Fluent written and spoken German and English
- Capable of representing Vice President’s office in interactions with international customers & suppliers.
- Can work under pressure and is a multi-task person.
- Fast learner, active and target oriented.
- Having excellent management, communication, interactive, and negotiation skills.
- Having excellent experience in using MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Exchange.
- Team Player and able to work with different teams to accomplish different assignments.
