Kigamboni City College mission is to provide an environment for community based professional training, research and support for health care delivery in Tanzania and East Africa. KiCCoHAS will also provide entrepreneurial training in health care, pharmaceutical and biomedical sciences to support the industrial and socio-economic development of Tanzania. KiCCoHAS, moreover, provide research and training in traditional medicine as well as community services, consultancies, and create collarative links to attract scholars and students from the international community.

Health and wellbeing of students
This is medical college, health and wellbeing of our students is among the priorities as the means to ensure that the knowledge they will acquire here used properly to care other people’s health as well. We will never allow any kind of suffering due to illnesses or diseases to our students.
Our students with health insurance are encouraged to use them, however when their medical services exceed the limits of their health insurance they will get health services and they will have to take care of the expenses. To students without health insurance have nothing to worry, they will contribute (capitation fee) and get National Health Insurance Cards.
