Is kissing your love considered to be zina according to Quran

Zināʾ (زِنَاء) or zina (زِنًى or زِنًا) is an Islamic legal term referring to unlawful sexual intercourse.( is the sexual intercourse done before marriage.

All forms of premarital sex are forbidden in Islam. Even unnecessary talk between a man and a woman is haram. So kissing in Islam before marriage is forbidden.

Even though Kissing your love is not counted as a zina but it is forbidden by islamic sharia,As ALLAH says dont stay close to zina because the zina is a dirty deeds and it is a bad way.so Quran says that kissing  boy friends or girlfriends is forbidden in Islam before marriage.

what does quran say about zina

Allah says in the Qur’an at suratul Al-isra -32 (Do not go near zina. It is truly a shameful deed and an evil way.),Also Allah says at suratul An-Nur -1-2 ((Those who fornicate (Do zina )- whether female or male – flog each one of them with a hundred lashes. And let not tenderness for them deter you from what pertains to Allah’s religion, if you do truly believe in Allah and the Last Day; and let a party of believers witness their punishment.))

Let the fornicator not marry any except a fornicatress( Those who do zina ) or idolatress and let the fornicatress (Those who do zina )not marry any except a fornicator or an idolater. That is forbidden to the believers.

Is kissing before marriage Zina

Kissing a woman or touching a special part of her body is a sin. But this is not real adultery ( Zina  ). Because real adultery ( Zina ) is only intercourse.

But kissing before marriage is also metaphorically recognized as adultery. This is what creates the context for real adultery. There is a description of this in a hadith.

Zina  has been written for the children of Adam. Inevitably he will get part of the Zina.

Zina  in both eyes is to look. Adultery in both ears is hearing. The Zina of the mouth is to speak. Touching the fornication of the hand. Walking on foot. Imagine the fornication of the heart. Then the reproductive organs attest to it or deny it. (Sahih Muslim)

None of them will actually commit zina . That will be by inserting the penis into the sex of the woman.

Someone will get it again in the metaphorical sense. For example, it is haraam to look at a woman. Or touching a woman’s body or kissing her.
