Position Summary
As a Boiler Operator at Alfa Pharmaceuticals Limited, you will be responsible to play a vital role in manufacturing, providing the steam necessary for various pharmaceutical production processes.
Your boiler operations and maintenance expertise will be instrumental in ensuring a continuous steam supply, minimizing downtime, and adhering to all safety protocols.
Brief Job Description of Employee
Assist BFS machine Engineer.
02. Maintain the quality of the product ( as per IPQC standards).
03. Perform preventive maintenance of machines.
04. Optimum granules and energy consumption.
05. Responsible for personnel and machine safety.
06. Follow clean room area discipline and maintain clean room area cleaning
07. Record all necessary information/readings in machine operating log books and BPCR.
08. Maintain facility and equipment/machine in good condition.
09. Follow GMP and EMS SOP’s.
10. Monitor workforces for day-to-day maintenance.
11. Prepare documentation for Engineering .
Requirements
- BE. / 1 Year/ BFS Operator or equivalent qualification.
- Valid boiler operator’s license or certification as required by local regulations.
- In-depth knowledge of boiler operations, maintenance, and safety protocols.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics related to boiler systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to preventive maintenance.
- Physical ability to perform routine maintenance tasks, including lifting and handling boiler components.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Understanding of environmental and safety regulations related to boiler operations.
