Refund Steps
- In case of a refund request, the paid amount will be received through a bank cheque or bank transfer within fifteen working days after the refund is requested.
- Bank cheques or bank transfers are only issued in the name of the applicant’s legal guardian (father/mother).
Terms & Conditions for Refunds
- Application fees are non-refundable.
- Deduction of 10% of the paid downpayment is applicable before the 1st day of the Academic Year 2023/2024.
- Deduction of 50% of the 1st installment is applicable until the end of the 1st month of the Academic Year 2023/2024.
- After the end of the 1st month of the Academic Year 2023/2024, a deduction of 100% of the 1st installment is applied.
- Before the 21st of December 2023, there’s a deduction of the 1st installment + 50% of the 2nd installment.
- From 1st January 2024 until 28th February 2024, no refund is allowed for the 1st and 2nd installments.
- From 1st March 2024, no refund is allowed for the total annual tuition fee.
- Applicants who joined Military and Police colleges will face a deduction of 50% of the paid amount, provided proof of enrollment.
- Accommodation and Transportation fees have a deduction of 10% of the paid amount until 12th October 2023.
