A judge in the capital’s High Court on Friday ordered Khan’s interim release for two weeks.
“I am 100% sure I will be arrested again, I was allowed by NAB to talk to my wife, arrest warrants are being issued against her as well,” Khan told CNN outside the courtroom before his hearing.

It came a day after Pakistan’s Supreme Court ruled Khan’s arrest on Tuesday by Pakistan’s anti-corruption agency, the National Accountability Bureau (NBI), was illegal.
Khan’s party had filed a petition challenging the charges of illegal land ownership against him by the NBI.
He accused the country’s powerful army chief of involvement in his arrest, in his first public comments since his arrest.

Khan was overthrown in a vote of no confidence by the parliament last year and since then he has led a public campaign against the current government led by Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif, accusing it of collaborating with senior military leaders to remove him from power and prevent him from getting involved in politics. .
He has also made claims that the government worked with the United States in a plot to remove him from power, a claim that both sides have denied.
The army has previously denied Khan’s claim that it had anything to do with the alleged earlier assassination attempts.
